OSF Medical Group – Obstetrics & Gynecology in Peru is pleased to welcome Lori Teverbaugh, MD, to its team of providers.
Dr. Teverbaugh provides comprehensive obstetrical and gynecological care, supporting women through every stage of life with compassionate, patient‑centered care. She is a highly experienced and respected physician with more than 20 years of practice in obstetrics and gynecology, specializing in the diagnosis and treatment of complex gynecological conditions.
Many women across the region may already be familiar with Dr. Teverbaugh, who cared for patients in the OSF Medical Group Obstetrics & Gynecology office in Ottawa twice a month for many years. She is excited to now serve patients full-time with OSF HealthCare.
Her services include:
- Annual wellness exams and preventive screenings
- Medical and surgical women’s health care
- Prenatal, labor and delivery services

Dr. Teverbaugh earned her medical degree from the University of Illinois College of Medicine and completed her residency at the University of Illinois College of Medicine in Peoria. She most recently practiced at Springfield Clinic Peoria Women’s Health.
