OSF HealthCare is pleased to welcome Muzamil Arshad, MD, to its radiation oncology team, expanding access to specialized cancer care for patients in the region. Dr Arshad will provide care at OSF Saint Elizabeth – Radiation Oncology, located at 1200 Starfire Drive in Ottawa.
Dr Arshad brings extensive experience in radiation oncology supported by advanced specialty training. He earned his medical degree from Wayne State University School of Medicine. He completed his residency in the Department of Radiation and Cellular Oncology at the University of Chicago Medical Center. He has also served as an assistant professor in the Department of Radiation and Cellular Oncology at the University of Chicago, where he helped launch novel clinical trials.
Dr Arshad is passionate about delivering high-quality data-driven care while actively engaging patients in the decision-making process. His approach focuses on personalized treatment plans that support strong outcomes and a positive patient experience.
