OSF HealthCare Saint Francis Medical Center will host a Nursing Career Fair on April 2 at Jump Trading Simulation & Education Center, 1306 N. Berkeley Ave., Peoria. The event provides prospective nurses with opportunities to explore career paths, connect with nursing leaders and bedside nurses and learn more about OSF’s commitment to education and professional development.
Attendees will gain insights into nursing roles across various departments while discovering resources to support career growth. OSF HealthCare offers the OSF Educational Benefit in partnership with Guild Education, providing tuition assistance for eligible students at Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing in Peoria and Saint Anthony College of Nursing in Rockford. The program covers tuition, books and other fees without requiring a post-graduation work commitment.
With a 91% NCLEX pass rate at Saint Francis Medical Center College of Nursing and a 98% pass rate at Saint Anthony College of Nursing, OSF HealthCare remains dedicated to preparing nurses for successful careers. Both colleges also offer graduate programs, including a Master of Science in Nursing and Doctor of Nursing Practice, ensuring continued education and career advancement for nurses within OSF HealthCare.
