OSF Saint Paul Medical Center received a 4-star rating, reflecting strong performance in patient satisfaction, quality outcomes and overall care delivery. OSF Saint Clare Medical Center in Princeton was awarded a 3-star rating for its continued commitment to high quality care and patient experience.

The National Rural Rating System evaluates rural and critical access hospitals using certified HCAHPS patient satisfaction surveys and clinical quality indicators.
