With the next school year approaching quickly, OSF HealthCare Saint Katharine Medical Center is making it easier than ever for Sauk Valley families to prepare student-athletes for the season ahead. OSF Saint Katharine is offering two convenient sports physical clinic dates this summer. Parents can choose from two locations and enjoy the ease of online scheduling:
OSF Saint Katharine Center for Health – Oregon
- 1307 W. Washington St.
- Thursday, July 23 | Noon-4 p.m.
OSF Saint Katharine – Town Square Centre, Dixon
- 102 S. Hennepin Ave.
- Thursday, July 30 | 10:30 a.m.-2:30 p.m.
Each sports physical is offered at a cost of $35 (cash or check only). All proceeds are donated directly back to the student’s school, supporting local education and athletic programs.
