OSF HealthCare is teaming up with the Bureau County Farm Bureau and the Bureau County Senior Center to present The Power of Community: Health and Wellness Expo – a free, in-person resource fair designed to support older adults, caregivers and their families.
Join us Thursday, May 21, 9-11 a.m. at the Bureau County Metro Center (Shoemake Event Center), located at 837 Park Ave. W. in Princeton.
This interactive event will feature a wide range of community resources, including OSF HealthCare services, Alzheimer’s and dementia support, end-of-life and retirement planning, financial and legal guidance, health and wellness education, mobile phone assistance, retirement communities, caregiving support, and much more.
Outside the Metro Center, the OSF OnCall Primary Care Van will provide convenient access to a care team that offers virtual visits, testing, health screenings and help navigating care and resources. Mission Partners will be available to support attendees with tools like MyChart, digital health programs and connections to services such as food and transportation.
