OSF HealthCare is once again offering a convenient way for you to get a flu shot through its drive-up flu shot clinic.
Starting on Wednesday, September 16, OSF will be offering a drive-up flu clinic for patients 18 years of age or older at the Guilford Square Clinic – 698 Featherstone, Rockford, Illinois. Patients should use the College of Nursing Employee entrance (directional signs will be posted).
This clinic will run every Wednesday and Friday 8:20 a.m.-12:30 p.m. through October 30. Appointments can be made by calling OSFMG Rockford Featherstone at 815-399-4404 or via MyChart.
Flu vaccinations for adults and children are also available through local OSF Medical Group – Primary Care offices. Specific time slots may be viewed and reserved online via OSF MyChart or by calling any of our locations.
